Wedding Day Management:

• Lead coordinator on-site for 8–12 hours

• Main point of contact for vendors and venue staff

• Oversee event setup and décor placement (if needed)

• Cue wedding party for ceremony and transitions

• Ensure the timeline runs smoothly and on schedule

• Manage any issues or last-minute changes discreetly

• Support for the couple throughout the day

• Supervision of tear-down and packing of personal items (if pre-arranged)

    Don’t let your budget prevent you from getting help. Ideal for couples that need a little direction, this service is available for purchase starting at $1,750.

    • 3 Planning meetings (4–6 weeks out)

    • Rehearsal direction (2 hours)

    • Final Venue walk-through (virtual or in person)

    • Full wedding day management: 12 Hours

    • Décor setup, cueing, and problem-solving

  • The Poppy

    For those who also like to plan! You and Emily will decide what parts of your wedding she can help you with and go from there. Starting at $3,500 this service will include:

    • Everything in “Daisy” package

    • Monthly check-ins & planning timelines

    • Vendor recommendations & 3 bookings

    • Custom moodboard & design guidance

    • Floor plan & seating chart assistance

    • Wedding weekend management (rehearsal + day-of)

  • The Peony

    Just like it sounds. Emily will plan most of your wedding for you and your guests, and everything in between. Starting at $5,800 services include:

    • All “Daisy + Poppy” services

    • Unlimited communication

    • Full design development (colors, florals, rentals, signage)

    • Vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and management

    • Welcome bag + signage curation

    • Budget tracking & RSVP management

    • Weekend timeline and guest logistics

    • Up to 12 hrs on wedding day + 1 assistant
